We help South Jersey homeowners decide how to sell. Request a free home review and we look at your house, your timeline and your numbers, either in person or by video. Then we show you whether listing on the market or selling off-market is likely to net you more. If you want to move forward, we connect you with a vetted agent or a vetted buyer.
What we do not do
- We do not make offers sight unseen. We want to see the home first so the advice is accurate.
- We do not pressure anyone. The review is free and carries no obligation.
- We are not your lender, attorney or financial advisor, and a review is not an appraisal.
How we are paid
The home review is free to you. We may be compensated by the licensed real estate professionals and investors we connect sellers with. Before you sign anything, we tell you in writing what our role is and any compensation we receive. If listing would net you more, we say so, even when that means a referral to an agent.
